Before and After School Club

Please complete this form if you would like your child to have a place at High Achievers.

The fees are currently:
7.30am – 9.00am = £4.50
3.30pm – 5.55pm = £9.50

The Club should be notified if your child will not be attending a booked session.
Refunds/credits cannot be given for cancelled sessions.
